Blue Man Group or BMG is a Grammy nomination winner for audio in 1999. It was founded by Phil Stanton, Chris Wink, and Matt Goldman; working as a trio of mute performers, called Blue Men. Blue Man Group incorporates rock music emphasizing on percussion, odd props, audience participation, sophisticated lighting, and large amounts of paper. The shows are often family-oriented, humorous, energetic and employ thought-provoking satire on modern life. The noted Blue Man Group videos The Complex Rock Tour Live released on DVD in 2003 was a great success. Inside the Tube came in front of the public in 2006. A special one-hour documentary was created and aired. With video clips from many theatrical performances, it also featured interviews with CMP describing the Blue Men.
