In general, there ought to be no problems here beyond normal embarrassment and modesty, especially from the older generation. Most Jews will not object to speaking to a male or female doctor, whatever their own gender.

However, more care needs to be taken when dealing with Orthodox and ultra-Orthodox Jews, who might feel more comfortable dealing with a doctor of their own gender.
